STEP 1 & 2
- First, we will check the maturity of the cattle before slaughtering, and take the cattle from the barn directly to the veterinarian for the slaughtering process.
- At vaterina we follow the transparent sop vaterina standards, and get a certificate from vaterina

STEP 3, 4 & 5
- When the cow is cut in 4 (by carcass) the cow will be transferred directly to the cool room for the edging process
- The "aging" process takes 21-28 days, to give softness to the meat and refresh the meat.
- When 21-28 days are enough, we will transfer to the 2nd coolroom for the slaughter process to be sliced and produce certain parts in a cow,

- Slices will be vacuum packed and stored in a chilled room to maintain the deliciousness and tenderness of the meat.
- Meat ready for sale
